This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and covers our wide range of products, including electronics, beauty, fashion, fragrance, and home furnishing items. As an electronics retailer and wholesaler based in the UAE, our policy is designed to accommodate the needs of customers both locally and internationally.

 General Shipping Terms
Our shipping services extend globally, catering to various customer needs across different countries. We strive to ensure that all shipments comply with the legal standards of both the United Arab Emirates and the destination country.

Processing and Shipping time: 

Domestic Shipping (UAE):

  • Order Cut Off Time: 2 Pm (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai)
  • Handling Time: 1 -2 business Days (Mon to Sat)
  • Shipping Time: 2- 3 Business Days   (Mon to Sat )

International Shipping:  INDIA, KENYA, KUWAIT, NIGERIA, SAUDI ARABIA.

  • Order Cut Off Time: 2 Pm (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai)
  • Handling Time: 1 -2 business Days  (Mon to Sat)
  • Shipping Time: 4 - 5 Business Days   (Mon to Sat )

Delivery costs:
Orders for free delivery when you spend more than $100*. For order prices below $100* we charge $20.

Our Carriers
We use DHL, Fetchr and  Aramex for deliveries.

Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, we will provide the customer with tracking information, enabling them to track their order's progress. This information will be available on our website on Track Your Order Page or can be accessed through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (CROS BORDER) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature or the regulations of the destination country. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that are unable to be shipped due to legal restrictions.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers must contact us within a specified timeframe to initiate a claim. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a change in the shipping address is necessary after an order has been dispatched, additional charges may apply based on the delivery destination. Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.

Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Sales Tax (International Shipments)
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by their respective countries. We advise customers to familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations to avoid unexpected charges.

Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
